Keep every stroke clear.
Signature fields are strict: IBPS and SSC want 10 to 20KB, NEET 4 to 30KB, JEE 10 to 50KB, and PAN up to 10KB. Pick your exam in the menu, or set the size yourself. The result is a JPG on white, made right in your browser.
- Sign and snapSign in black ink on plain white paper. Take the photo in daylight, straight on, and crop close to the ink.
- Pick your examChoose it in the Exam or form menu, or enter the KB and pixel size from your form. Keep proportions on so your signature is not stretched.
- Check and downloadLook at the thin strokes in the result, check the size and pixels shown, then download.
When pixels and KB pull against each other
With Keep proportions on, the width and height are a maximum box. Your signature fits inside it without stretching, so one side may come out smaller than the number you typed.
Allow smaller dimensions is on by default, so the tool can shrink the picture if quality alone is not enough. Turn it off to keep your exact pixels; the tool then tells you if the file cannot fit.
JPG has no transparency, so the background becomes white. The tool cannot remove paper shadows or darken faint ink, so a clear photo of the signature makes the biggest difference.
Need control over export quality rather than a byte cap? Try the image compressor.

Good to know.
How do I resize a signature to 10KB or 20KB?
Upload a cropped photo of your signature, pick 10KB or 20KB (or your exam), and download. The exact size is shown.
How can I keep exact signature dimensions?
Open Pixel size, enter both width and height, and turn off Keep proportions and Allow smaller dimensions. This can stretch the handwriting a little.
Why does my transparent signature have a white background?
JPG cannot store transparency, so it becomes white, which is what most forms want. Pick WebP if your form accepts it and you need transparency.
Will my exam form accept this?
If you match your exam’s size and pixels and the signature is clear, it should. Pick your exam in the menu and check this year’s notification, since rules can change.
